1. Introduction

Welcome to Wingle ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website https://winglepass.com or the Wingle mobile app (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms are issued by Lets Wingle S.L., CIF B56978059, registered in Spain. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

2. Our Services

Wingle provides airport-related premium services, including but not limited to:

  • Fast Track security and immigration access
  • VIP lounge access
  • Baggage storage
  • E-sim purchase and activation
  • "Land & Laundry" service for travelers

To use our services, you must top up Wingle Credits and exchange them for available services within the Platform.

3. Wingle Credits

  • Credits are a digital balance stored in your Wingle Wallet.
  • Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
  • Prices for services in credits may vary depending on airport, partner, or season.

4. Booking & Payments

  • You may book services directly through the Platform using Wingle Credits.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment in credits.
  • Some services may require advance notice or availability confirmation from third-party partners.
  • Wingle is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers or airport authorities.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Services may not be cancelled once purchased (once credits are redeemed for them).
  • If under exceptional circumstances Wingle considers a service to be eligible for a refund, refund will be made only in Wingle Credits to your wallet.
  • Wingle reserves the right to deny refunds in case of no-shows or late cancellations.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration and booking.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse, hack, or interfere with our systems or partners.

7. Third-Party Services

Wingle partners with local service providers. While we vet all partners carefully, we are not responsible for their independent actions or omissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wingle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, lost luggage, or denied service, arising from use of our Platform or partner services. Wingle is also not liable for force majeure events, including strikes, weather disruptions, or airport emergencies.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madrid, Spain.

11. Service Modifications

We may modify or update services, prices, and terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these changes.
